Start with one real topic and take it through the complete workflow. Add the site the content belongs to, create an article from a keyword or title, review the result, and publish only when the draft and destination fields are ready.

Create the article

Sign in and add the website you are working on. The site keeps research, voice, knowledge, links, and publishing settings attached to the right project. Create a new article, choose keyword or title mode, and enter one focused topic. Add audience, angle, sources, or custom instructions when the article needs context that the topic alone cannot provide.

    Choose a keyword when search intent should guide the structure, or a title when the editorial angle is already defined.

  • Check the setup

    Review language, article type, voice, knowledge, links, images, and destination options before generation.

Review before publishing

Open the completed article and read it as an editor. Verify names, dates, figures, quotations, links, and product claims. Remove repeated sections, add first-hand evidence, and make sure the page answers one clear reader need. Then inspect the title, description, headings, images, internal links, canonical ownership, and CMS fields.

  • Edit the draft

    Keep useful structure, rewrite weak passages, and add the experience or evidence only your team can provide.

  • Choose the handoff

    Use an eligible CMS connection or supported export path for the version you have approved.

  • Verify the result

    Open the destination URL and check the visible content, response status, canonical, links, and sitemap discovery.
